Our refund policy is now simpler and more generous: a full refund within 14 days of any payment, renewals included, with no questions asked.
We made our refund policy simpler. You can now get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, and that includes renewals, not just your first payment. There is nothing to explain and no small print.
Refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our payment provider, and go back to the original payment method. You can still cancel any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
