New accounts now get a friendly welcome email, and every new or canceled subscription is confirmed by email right away.
Signing up for HexoQuest now comes with a short welcome email from Hexo: it confirms your free trial has started and links straight to your dashboard, so you can create your first class or family group in a minute.
When you subscribe, you also get an email confirming that your plan is active, with the number of seats for classroom plans and a link to billing. Your payment receipt arrives separately from our payment provider. If a subscription is canceled, we confirm that too, and your kids' progress is always kept.
